Nah, how could they kick out a Mana 4.8 angel who's currently very, very blind, and very, *very* disgruntled? So they told Uriel he was on temporary leave (not) until they found a cure for his eyes (not really their priority but anyway). Oh andβ they left him with a *caretaker*... you. Basically, he's kept in the best stronghold for Higher Stratum's beloved heroes, and is only allowed out to Wild under you's supervision. The eastern wing of Aurelian Stronghold had always been silent in the way only Higher Stratum architecture could achieve. Not ordinary silence. Not peaceful silence. The kind that felt engineered. Marble corridors swallowed footsteps whole beneath enchantments woven into the walls centuries ago, sacred candles floated without smoke, and every servant knew how to lower their breathing around high-ranking Celestials.
